UltraCruz Equine Detangler Spray can be used on either wet or dry horse hair and does not need to be rinsed out after application. According to Santa Cruz Animal Health, the manufacturer:
- For wet use: After washing with the UltraCruz Equine Shampoo and UltraCruz Equine Conditioner, spray the detangler onto the hair and work it in with your fingers or a comb. Do not rinse.
- For dry use: Spray enough product onto the hair to create slip. Work it through the entire length of the hair with your fingers or a comb until tangle-free. Leave the product in; do not rinse.
