Safe-Guard 0.5% Dewormer can be used in nursing and lactating cattle. It will not harm the calf if the cow ingests the dewormer or if the calf ingests it directly. The product is not passed to the calf through the cow’s milk and is approved for use in lactating dairy cattle whose milk is intended for human consumption.
